Payment Method
We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card when making purchases.
For the customer's protection, all information on the order sheet, including credit card holders name, number, billing address, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud, and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholder's permission.
Shipping
Most orders are processed within two business days from original receipt of order, and approval of credit card. We offer several options for shipping orders: UPS ground, 2nd Day Air, as well as Next Day Air and shipping charges will be indicated on your order form. We ship packages Tuesday through Friday.

can choose and view shipping options and prices on the checkout page before
you have to enter any personal information.
Returns & Exchanges
Satisfaction Guaranteed, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please return them within 30 days in their original packaging and we will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you feel there was an error in your order please call 630-534-6682 Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm or email at customerservice@naturalpetmarket.com. You may also contact us with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order. We will try to remedy any problems to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition and must include, all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and the box in which it was shipped in. Shipments of returns must be prepaid. We will not accept COD returns.
